Course Content

Over 200 Weeks worth of session plans


Students will learn fundamental skills in aerial silks and juggling scarfs. They will also develop strength through their drills which is then directly transferred into the air.

RAINBOW LEVEL

Some skills include:
Mermaid, Square, lean back and upside down splits.

Some drills include:
Butterfly sit ups, Push ups, Hamstring stretch and middle splits.

Some Juggling skills include:
Penguin catch, 360 catch and over the arm.

PINK LEVEL

Some skills include:
Climbing, footlock and Secretary

Some drills include:
Dish hold, Front support and cobra with arm extension

Some Juggling skills include:
Shoots, Under the leg and 180 back catch.

PURPLE LEVEL

Some skills include:
Cloud, Arabesque and Stag spin

Some drills include:
Splits, Tricep push ups and Middle splits roll through to cobra

Some Juggling skills include:
Traps, Stalls and Drops

BLUE LEVEL

Some skills include:
Russian Climb, Figure 8 and Reverse cloud

Some drills include:
V snaps, straight leg sit ups and Cobra crunches

Some Juggling skills include:
Pop Ups, Barn door and rainbow throw

GREEN LEVEL

Some skills include:
Inverted stag, birds nest and Hand lock

Some drills include:
Hollow rocks, shoulder taps and Middle splits hover and holds.

Some Juggling skills include:
Fountain throws, 3x ring juggling and Cross arm catch

YELLOW LEVEL

Some skills include:
Hip lock, back aerial on silk and half catches drop

Some drills include:
Superman to dish flip and splits in fifth position

Some Juggling skills include:
Alternating arm shoots, back throw and catch and 180 back catch with rings.

I’ve been a studio owner for 17 years now with over 600 students and 32 students travelling the world professionally for circus, dancing, acting, and singing.
